5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are subject to applicable taxes, including 18% GST. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or double charges. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

FileBob shall not be liable for any losses, penalties, or legal actions arising from incorrect filings or misuse of the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with tax laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform if users violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
